The big winners at the event were Coronation Street picking up 8 of the 16 awards including ‘Best Soap’!

Eastenders only took home one award and it was a ‘Life Time Achievement Award’ for Adam Woodyatt (Ian Beale) who has started in the show since the soap began.

Coronation Street was a hit with the public as they picked up 3 of the 5 public voted awards.

After the awards ceremony celebrity guests had the opportunity to have their photo taken in the photo booth, dressing up in hilarious props celebs piled into the booth and by this time the drinks had most certainly been flowing!

Michelle Keegen yet again won the ‘Sexiest Female’ award for the 5th time! You can see why, check out her photo booth shots below.

Union J also made an appearance in the Photo Booth, girls went crazy to have their photos taken with they boy band!

Over the weekend we traveled down to Portsmouth for a great day at the Portsmouth Guild Hall. The ‘Big Family Day’ was a great opportunity for members of the local community to come and join in with fun events inside the guild hall, the motto for the day was ‘Explore the Guild Hall’. Each room inside of the guild hall had different attractions that could be enjoyed by all age groups, including acts on the main stage from Cirque Bijou one of this country’s leading contemporary circus companies.

The main Auditorium was also filled with other attractions for families to enjoy including Face Painting, Skittles, Caricaturists, Palm Reading and storytelling from Dark Encounters as well as our Photo Booth.

The Auditorium was packed with families all day having fun, laughing and enjoying entertainment. The Photo Booth went down especially well with families wanting to have their free photo taken as a memento of their day. Kids having their faces painted and then coming into the Photo Booth with hilarious props created a great atmosphere of joy and laughter throughout Portsmouth Guild Hall.

The highlight of our day had to be the Dalek that was supplied by ThemeWorld that was wandering around the Guild Hall, children were intrigued by the realistic Doctor Who character and the fact that it actually responded to questions it was asked! Some kids more than others… we did see some hiding behind their parents legs.

The Rugby 7s events are always an amazing event to work at especially with a photo booth to capture these hilarious, mostly drunken moments. Almost everyone who goes to the Rugby 7s events are fully dressed in awesome fancy dress costumes which fit right in with our branded photo booth.

This year we were asked to design a ‘Movie Themed’ booth, below are some photos of the Emirates Airline Glasgow 7s Rugby photo booth that we designed for them. We also brought themed props for the guests to use in the photo booth, but most of them already had their own!

Data collection was another important aspect of this event, with hundreds of people rushing through the photo booth each day and ushers collecting their data as they entered. We were able to capture a lot of information for the sponsors to use in their marketing campaigns.

Before entering the photo booth our ushers kindly asked the customers if they would like to share their email and name with us on an iPad, because there is an incentive to do so and they are getting a free photo out of it most of the time customers will be happy to do so.

Over the three day event we had over 900 people use the photo booth individually or in groups! Customers get a print out each to take home creating a great momento from their day at the Glasgow 7s and also a branded photo with the sponsors logos creating a marketing impact even after the event…

Bugaboo, a well-loved brand by yummy mummies, launched their stylish strollers using Andy Warhol’s iconic pop-art designs in collaboration with the Andy Warhol Foundation.  dreambooth provided a fully branded photo booth for Bugaboo featuring branded photos incorporating one of the two new Warhol designs launched called `Flower’s – for girls – which is a bold red and black design. The other design launched was `Cars’ – for boys – in cream and black. Both designs were created in 1962.

The Bugaboo brand is favoured by many celebrities across the world including Kate Hudson, Gwen Stefani, Sarah Jessica Parker and Gwyneth Paltrow. There were quite a few celebs at the UK launch event held at London’s Art Galleries Europe, including Peaches Geldof, Denise Van Outen and Daisy Lowe. A Flowers Bugaboo stroller

Our photo booths are normally free to use at events, but this time they were a key part of the fundraising on the night for Comic Relief. There was a small charge of £1 per person for every photo booth photo taken to raise much needed funds. We also provided the option of having keyrings made from the photos which cost £3 each and raised even more funds.

The event was held at the Manchester Palace Hotel and a lot of fun was had by all. One branded photo booth was used during the dinner and we set the second booth up by the bar where people could pop in during the awards after-party. Once again, our professional booth team was on-hand to man the booth and upload the photos to Facebook in real-time.

We love fashion so we were very excited to be part of London Fashion week this month at another event held by New Look – their New Look Refuel room on the first day of the Fashion Week event. Dashing between all those fashion shows and cat walks can be hot and exhausting work, so New Look provided a relaxing space at the Waldorf Hilton Hotel in Central London for Fashionistas and fashion bloggers to visit and receive pampering and refuelling during the event.
